About the role
We are seeking a passionate and talented Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and technology, and a knack for building strong relationships online. This role involves engaging fitness professionals and enthusiasts in the fitness industry, encouraging and onboarding them onto our app, and guiding them to participating in challenges and workouts.
- Identify key fitness professionals and enthusiasts in the fitness industry who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with these fitness professionals and enthusiasts, engaging them to use our app and promote it to their followers.
- Organize and coordinate app challenges that will engage fitness professionals and enthusiasts and their audiences.
- Collaborate with the team to leverage influencer participation in promotional strategies.
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews from the community.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost the app's brand.
- Stay up-to-date with social trends to make informed decisions about future engagement strategies.
- Proven experience as a community manager or similar role in social media management.
- Major in a field within marketing, business, communications, or public relations
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to express our company’s views creatively.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
